Perfect if you have a creative flair on Photoshop and Illustrator. You can expect to be designing; website graphics, logos, business cards and infographics to name a few.

There is a huge demand for this skill and you could find yourself work on:

2 | Web Developer

You don’t need to be a coding genius to build an amazing looking website. You can use really simple platforms like WordPress that have a huge range of customisable themes to get you started.

I bet you’re probably thinking, but why would someone pay me if it’s so easy to do? That’s because it is still very time consuming and a lot of people don’t realize how easy it is.

A good starting point is to look at hotel and hostel websites you’re staying at. If they have a poor website, offer to build them a new one for either a fee or ask for free accommodation whilst you’re building the website.

Are you someone who enjoys expressing yourself using words and have a polished writing style? There are loads of opportunities for writers to make money whilst travelling.

To increase your chances of securing writing work, it’s a good idea to run your own blog or at least have a portfolio of work you have previously completed for clients.
